Transcriber Equipment

The Association for Graduate Students in Education is pleased to make available to education grad students a transcriber equipment and recorder, generously donated by Dr. Vern Storey. The equipment is available through the Curriculum Lab (MAC D201) for a period of two weeks, with possibility of recall (in which case, the equipment should be returned in one week). With this equipment, students can transcribe data (such as interviews) more easily, using foot pedals to rewind and forward the tape, which leaves the hands free to type the transcriptions. For more information, please visit the Curriculum Lab.

AGES Room at the Curriculum Lab

AGES has a space in the Learning Commons/ Curriculum Lab (MAC D201). In the AGES room, you can find computers with basic, useful softwares at your disposal. We also have an APA Guide available for perusal. Feel free to use this space as your quiet study place, or just to relax and meet AGES members! This room is also the place for some of the AGES group meetings. The room is located on the second floor of the Curriculum Lab. For more information, contact the front desk on the Learning Commons.
