A Controversial issue:
SMOKING VS ANTI-SMOKING
Introduction: These web sites on smoking and anti-smoking provide the
students with two different perspectives on the issue. This topic
could be used in the elementary or secondary schools, to show the
students how others feel about smoking, and some of the things that
are being done about the issue. These sites will allow the teacher to
provide the class with some critical
thinking about the issue of smoking. These
sites also show students the influence of the mass media and the
effects that the media has on us.
