Dr. Geraldine Van Gyn presented invaluable information about how to prepare conference proposals, presentations, panels and posters. The two sessions were in room 128 in the Centre for Innovative Teaching. Graduate students are encouraged to submit proposals to present their evolving or completed research at the Faculty of EducationŐs tenth Connections Conference on May 6th, 2004.

The two sessions about presentations involved becoming more familiar with the various components of posters by viewing and discussing two posters.

David Stolls taught beginner and advanced use of Power Point in the MacLaurin Computer Lab room 282.

Graduate students were pleased with the forum. It was an opportunity to interact, learn and share. Feedback from the day will be used to help shape the upcoming July Research Forum.
