Selection Process

The Faculty of Education ranks eligible applicants according to their grade-point average, admitting students with the highest grade-point average first, and working towards those with the minimum acceptable grade-point average of 4.00 on a 9-point scale (equivalent to UVic’s B- grade). We may invite you to attend an individual interview.

Having the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee you an offer of admission. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the established quota, some applicants will be not admitted. Questions? Speak with an academic adviser.
