Effective leadership requires both knowledge and experience.  As a student of the Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) program, you will learn from key University of Victoria faculty under the direction of Dr. Catherine McGregor, the program's Academic Coordinator.  You will also have the guidance and support of mentors who are senior administrators and recognized educational leaders in British Columbia, Canada and around the world. 

This year, instructors include:

• Irene Corman (Former Associate Superintendent, Greater Victoria School District #61)
