Develop the skills and abilities you need to guide, manage and inspire others.  The Professional Specialization Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) Program will give you those skills, along with a solid academic background, and opportunities to put your growing leadership expertise into immediate practice in your classroom and school. 

The CSML Program offers

• Rigorous, graduate-level academics and practical, in-school study
• Face-to-face and on-line learning opportunities, allowing you to continue to work as you complete your studies
• Current theoretical knowledge combined with practice in evidence-based in-school inquiry
• Mentoring support from experienced educational leaders
• Cohorts limited to 30 participants
• The opportunity to apply your Certificate in School Mangement and Leadership as 6 units of credit (ED-D 532, ED-D 537G, and ED-D 591) towards an M.Ed. in Leadership Studies
