The Faculty of Education is piloting a Bachelor of Education Post-Degree Professional Program (Middle Years). This sixteen-month pilot program uses courses from the BEd Post-Degree Professional Program (Elementary) but the focus of the courses will be on students in grades 6 - 8.

Criminal Record Check
All students upon entering any teacher education program at UVic must do a Criminal Record Check through the Criminal Records Review Program.
Electronic Portfolio
The UVic e-portfolio provides resources intended to assist students in understanding, creating, and using e-portfolios. Each student will create a professional e-portfolio, which is a required part of the education program. This will be developed over the length of each student’s program.
