I am a professor of special education as well as a Registered Psychologist and Certified Teacher. As a member of the Special Education Section, I teach courses dealing with learning difficulties and those with special needs. My office hours are after my classes or by appointment. My current research interests center around better understanding of the school experiencs of children and families with chronic/terminal illness. I am also interested in qualitative research methodologies. I work primarily with those who wish to be teachers in secondary schools and graduate students.
