Condensation:
Water, when heated, rises in the form of water vapor into the air. Upon striking cool air, the vapor condenses into tiny droplets of water or moisture. These collect upon tiny particles of dirt in the air to form clouds. When condensed further, this moisture falls from the clouds in some form of precipitation (ie: rain, snow, etc...)
