Organizational Structure

The Pacific Center is designed around a hub, spoke, and node structure. Day-to-day operations are organized at the node level. The nodes report on a quarterly basis to the executive committee responsible for policies. The co-directors are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project according to the policies. The project team reports to an international advisory board that advises the executive concerning the directions to be taken.
