of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education (EPHE). We are an academic department within the Faculty
of Education at the University of Victoria. Our mission is to advance
knowledge and to prepare professionals in the area of physical activity

Undergraduate Awards
Health, wellness and active living are issues critical to our society, issues that cross many disciplines. Our interdisciplinary undergraduate programs prepare students for a wide variety of careers in areas as diverse as Medicine, Recreation, Wellness and Health Promotion, Physiotherapy, High School PE Teaching, Coaching, Athletic Therapy (Trainer), Chiropractic Medicine, Leadership and Administration in public, not-for-profit sectors, and Graduate Study (coaching studies, kinesiology, physical education, leisure service administration).

Built on the strong and diverse research programs conducted by the faculty, our graduate programs address issues important to the quality of life for individuals and communities.
