When will I find out whether I am accepted?

In June prior to registration opening. Please be patient.

How will I find out if I have been accepted?

Early notice available to all applicants:
• Use WebView under Winter Session to access your personal record. See below for an explanation of how to interpret your record on WebView. Note, if you access your records on-line there will be no explanatory details about the decision. You must wait for the written notice for details.

End of June
• Letter or email from the School of Exercise Science, Physical & Health Education with explanatory details regarding the decision. Registration information will be explained separately by the Admissions or Records Offices.

When I view my records on-line, how do I know what the decision is?

In WebView, in your record, look for the 2008 Winter Session and beside the date there will be an abbreviation:

APP = applied (in other words, no decision yet)
AUT = authorized (in other words, accepted into program)
REF = refused (not acceptable to the program)
EDUC = Faculty of Education
Your program will be listed below Faculty.
