Welcome to the website of the Institute of Applied Physical Activity and Health Research. We are faculty, students and research staff engaged in a variety of research studies investigating issues related to physical activity, healthy eating, health education and literacy, social marketing, health promotion, and population health. Our work is community-based, applied and/or participatory in design, working with community organizations, schools, governments, and citizens of all ages. We are also home to the Pacific Sport Institute and The Health and Learning Knowledge Centre. |
