These programs are predicated on the "Inquiry Approach" allowing students
to examine issues and questions related to the specific subdiscipline areas.
The design of the program allows for considerable flexibility permitting students
to pursue their area of interest under the guidance and advice of their supervisor.
A thesis, subject to oral examination, is required. The program length is usually two years.
