Faculty of Education - Scholarships

Most Faculty of Education scholarships are awarded strictly by GPA (following the guidelines for year, program, etc.) and are chosen using the list of registered Education students sent June 1 by Records Services. The following scholarships are also available to students in specific areas of specialization. Completed applications should be submitted in person to the Dean's Office, Faculty of Education, MacLaurin A243, faxed to (250) 472-5063 or mailed to University of Victoria, Faculty of Education PO Box 3010 STN CSC Victoria, British Columbia V8W 3N4 Deadline for receipt of scholarship applications is May 15.

• Hugh & Lilian Salmond Scholarship in Secondary Education
• Hugh Farquhar Memorial Scholarship
• Distinguished Education Alumni Scholarship
• Don Wright Scholarship in Music Education (vocal and choral)
• Don Wright Scholarship in Music Education (instrumental)
• City of Gardens Chapter, Sweet Adelines Inc. Scholarship
